Any minute now LJ_Abuse is replaced by LJ_Arbitration ... posting limits are enforced to combat bloat ... more userpics can only be granted by the UPRB ... admins lose all decision-making capabilities ... any idiot can make a petition to turn Frank the Goat in to a marmot ... the 'fast lane' page loading for plus/paid accounts mysteriously stops working and every action takes several seconds to occur ...
